The idea of establishing Khorasan Non-Governmental, Non-Profit Institute of Higher Education emerged among them. With the efforts made, the final approval for the establishment of the institute was issued by the Higher Education Development Council in February 2005. The operational activities began in September 2005 with the registration of 200 students in three associate degree programs: Computer Software, Computer Hardware, and Electronic Engineering.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc_col-sm-12 wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column us_custom_432d3f53\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>The institute&#8217;s strategy has been to balance the development of educational activities with the expansion and provision of necessary equipment and physical space, particularly focusing on attracting efficient and capable academic staff. Its dedicated management has always ensured that classes and laboratories are held in suitable educational environments. Every year, they establish new academic disciplines and prioritize the opening and operation of necessary laboratories, workshops, and computer sites. Alongside attracting academic staff, careful planning for future development years is also considered.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-message color_green\"><div class=\"w-message-body\"><p>Currently, after two decades of operation, this higher education institute offers admission in 9 master&#8217;s degree programs, 12 bachelor&#8217;s degree programs, 10 associate bachelor&#8217;s degree programs, and 8 associate degree programs. The institute employs a total of 271 full-time faculty members and invited instructors who are actively engaged in teaching and research activities.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-message color_green\"><div class=\"w-message-body\"><p>The institute boasts 21 laboratories and workshops, 3 computer sites, and 3 active studios, creating an ideal and attractive educational environment for the development of learning. Additionally, it provides a library and separate study halls for male and female students, along with separate cafeterias, active prayer rooms, and more among its facilities.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>The scientific associations in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Law, Jurisprudence and Law, Accounting, Psychology, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Languages, and Mechanics, alongside student organizations such as Basij, the Quran and Etrat Society, Ma&#8217;oon Charity, Baqiatallah Student Group, and others, play a significant role in the vibrancy and liveliness of the academic and cultural environment at this institute.<\/p>\n<p>The annual acceptance of more than one hundred graduates in master&#8217;s and doctoral programs at the most prestigious universities in the country, as well as their employment in cultural and economic centers, underscores the institute&#8217;s remarkable achievements in these areas.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><section class=\"l-section wpb_row us_custom_d87d775e height_large\" id=\"board-of-trustees\"><div class=\"l-section-h i-cf\"><div class=\"g-cols vc_row via_flex valign_top type_default stacking_default\"><div class=\"vc_col-sm-12 wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h2 class=\"w-text us_custom_eb849559\"><span class=\"w-text-h\"><span class=\"w-text-value\">Introduction of the Board of Trustees of Khorasan Institute of Higher Education<\/span><\/span><\/h2><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p style=\"text-align: center;\"> According to Article 8 of the approved statute, the esteemed Board of Trustees of the institute serves as the highest supervisory authority within the institution. They play a fundamental role in formulating policies, approving plans, and developing the institute&#8217;s strategic plans. The Board of Trustees, composed of the following members, was established and became active in 2009 with the decree issued by the honorable Minister of Science, Research, and Technology. They have been performing their duties within the framework of the approved responsibilities and authorities since then.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-hwrapper valign_top align_none\"><\/div><div
